Tours on this site are operated by "TOURMANIA" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ("TOURMANIA" LLC), TIN 311789626, license for tourist activities №545560, registered office Kichik Beshyogoch ko'chasi 161a, Baynalminal MFY, Mirobod district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We are a licensed inbound, outbound, and domestic tour operator in Uzbekistan and a branch of Tourmania Türkiye.

tourmania.uz is an information and inquiry site. Itineraries, photos, and “from” prices describe typical programmes. They are not a live inventory of hotel rooms or train seats. A contract is formed only when we confirm services in writing after you accept a quote.

Do not misuse the site (scraping, attacking, impersonating staff). We may refuse service where we have a lawful reason.

Catalog prices are from-prices in United States dollars (USD) per person, usually sharing a twin or double room, unless a quote says otherwise. Single supplements, peak-season hotels, private vehicles, and extra nights are priced in the written quote.

International flights to Uzbekistan are not included unless the quote says they are. Museum tickets, visa stickers, and some border fees may be listed as excluded and collected locally or added in writing.

You inquire (website form, WhatsApp, or email). We send a written outline: dates, hotels class, transport, inclusions, and the from-price or a tailored total. The booking exists when (a) you accept that outline in writing and (b) we confirm that trains, hotels, or other constrained services are held. Until then, nothing is reserved.

We do not take card details on this website. After confirmation we send payment instructions (bank transfer, card link, or another method we agree in writing). Deposits and balances, and the currency of settlement, are stated on that invoice. Title to services passes only when the relevant supplier is paid according to the confirmation.

Unless your written confirmation says otherwise: you may cancel a standard private or small-group package free of charge up to 30 days before the start date shown on the confirmation. After that, we may retain costs we cannot recover (non-refundable hotels, train tickets, Turkmen LOI fees, chartered vehicles).

Date changes are treated as a cancellation of the old dates plus a new booking, unless we can move the same supplier reservations at no extra cost. If we cancel a tour for a reason within our control and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, we refund money we hold for unused services.

Events beyond our control (closed borders, extreme weather, strikes, government orders) may force a change of route or hotel class. We will tell you as soon as we can and work on a fair substitute.

You must give accurate names as in the passport, travel dates, and nationality in time for tickets and visas. You must hold valid travel documents and, where required, insurance. You must follow local law and reasonable safety instructions from our guides.

We arrange the services named in your confirmation with reasonable care, using licensed partners where the activity requires a license. We are not liable for losses caused by your documents, by a third party outside our control, or by your decision to leave the programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where Uzbekistan law does not allow that limit.

Visa rules depend on your passport. Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan are visa-free or e-visa for many nationalities; Tajikistan often uses e-visa; Turkmenistan typically needs a letter of invitation, which we process when a tour that includes Turkmenistan is confirmed. Border opening hours and vehicle permits can change. You remain responsible for meeting entry rules; we advise and, where agreed, handle paperwork we have contracted to handle.

We may refuse to continue a service if a guest’s behaviour puts others at serious risk or is unlawful. Unused services in that case are not refunded beyond what we can recover from suppliers.

Photos, maps, and text on tourmania.uz belong to "TOURMANIA" LLC or our licensors. You may not copy them for a competing brochure or website. If we photograph a group, we will not use a close identifiable portrait in advertising without asking; wide street scenes on a public tour may appear in our gallery.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Courts in Tashkent have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country of residence.
